Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at DESI FINDS INDIA. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are as follows:

Shipping within Maharashtra: 2-4 business days

Shipping to Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

Shipping to the Rest of India: 5-8 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, holidays). DESI FINDS INDIA is not responsible for such delays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. DESI FINDS INDIA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
DESI FINDS INDIA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This section currently applies to any state-specific entry taxes or fees if applicable.
Damages
DESI FINDS INDIA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and contact us immediately at pranit@desifindsindia.store with photos of the damage. We will assist you in the claims process as best as we can.
